Computer Repair Skill

This project includes 37 playbooks adapted from an upstream troubleshooting
baseline. The baseline commit and original attribution are preserved in the
project history; current files use generic host-Agent wording and
"author: upstream-maintainers". This project adds a portable Agent Skill
workflow, host-tool mappings, safety guidance, installers, validation, and
27 Windows/macOS/Linux playbooks marked "source: local".

Re-reviewed 2026-09-09 at d5e3a818a2a15afa96ece458f90e21ebed6c47ad: the upstream
playbooks and the playbook authoring guide are unchanged since the baseline
commit, so the 37 bundled playbooks remain current.

The following repositories were reviewed on the listed commit or supplied
working tree. Only behavioral observations and safety boundaries were used; no
source code, binary or remote installer was copied into this project.

ZyperWave/ZyperWinOptimize and tsgrgo/windows-update-disabler did not contain a
