1. Grant of Use
   The iv8 Community Edition ("Software") is provided as pre-compiled
   binaries free of charge for personal, educational, and non-commercial
   use.

2. Restrictions
   You may NOT:
   a) Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
      derive the source code of the Software;
   b) Use the Software for any commercial purpose, including but not
      limited to integration into commercial products or services,
      without a separate commercial license from the author;
   c) Redistribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software, whether
      modified or unmodified, without prior written permission;
   d) Remove or alter any copyright notices, license texts, or
      proprietary markings contained in the Software.

3. Commercial Licensing
   For commercial use, OEM embedding, or enterprise deployment, please
   contact the author to obtain a commercial license (Pro Edition).

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR
   OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE,
   ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR
   OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

5. Termination
   This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate
   automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon
   termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your
   possession.
