Licensing

The current combined work is distributed under the GNU Affero General
Public License version 3 only (AGPL-3.0-only). See LICENSE for the full
license text.

Earlier versions of Hyper Note were released under the MIT License. The
original MIT notice is retained in MIT_License.md. The current combined
distribution is governed by the AGPL because it incorporates and adapts
AGPL-licensed material described below.

HyperCeiler attribution
=======================

This distribution contains material derived from HyperCeiler:

The adapted material includes:

  - library/provision/src/main/res/raw/glow.glsl, carried as
    app/src/main/res/raw/oobe_glow.agsl with attribution headers;
  - startup, page-transition, completion, and app-entry animation timing
    and easing behavior from the provision module;
  - the HyperOS background-blur strategy used by the startup and completion
    screens;
  - the startup arrow and button vector resources, native View layout weights,
    per-view blur blend colors, MiPro font-family selection, and static
    provision_logo_image_bg.webp fallback artwork;
  - circular PixelCopy capture and the HyperOS ActivityOptions
    makeScaleUpDown / makeScaleUpAnimationFromRoundedView invocation used
    when entering the permission page;
  - permission and basic-settings preview vectors, native page chrome
    dimensions, and the 20-percent RenderEffect rendering strategy.

These parts were adapted into native Android Views and Jetpack Compose.
Hyper Note retains its own onboarding text, permissions, screenshot choices,
feature descriptions, name, and application artwork.

PaddleOCR attribution
=====================

This distribution includes the official PaddleOCR Android SDK source and
PP-OCRv6 Tiny detection/recognition models:

restrict commercial use or distribution otherwise permitted by the AGPL.
