This license is a source-available license. It is not an open source
license as defined by the Open Source Initiative, because it restricts
commercial hosting and competitive public services.

1. Definitions

"PriceAI" means the software, documentation, examples, configuration,
and other materials distributed in this repository, unless a file says
otherwise.

"Licensor" means the PriceAI project maintainers and other copyright
holders of PriceAI.

"Official Service" means the PriceAI service operated by the Licensor,
including https://priceai.cc and official project accounts or domains.

"Commercial Use" means any use intended for commercial advantage,
monetization, business operations, customer service, paid services,
advertising, affiliate revenue, sponsorship, lead generation, resale,
or other revenue-generating activity.

"Public Hosted Service" means any website, SaaS, hosted application,
API, crawler service, data service, comparison site, navigation site,
or similar service made available to third parties over a network,
whether access is paid or free.

"Competitive Service" means any Public Hosted Service that is the same
as or substantially similar to PriceAI's product positioning, including
AI subscription comparison, AI card-shop/channel aggregation, AI API
pricing comparison, transit API comparison, price radar, source/risk
disclosure, or related data aggregation services.

2. Permitted Use

Subject to this license, you may:

- Read and study the source code.
- Copy, fork, and modify the source code for personal learning,
  research, evaluation, and local development.
- Deploy PriceAI for your own personal use.
- Deploy PriceAI inside your own organization for internal,
  non-commercial use.
- Publish non-commercial patches or pull requests back to the official
  repository.
- Use small excerpts of code or documentation for commentary, review,
  or education with attribution.

3. Restrictions

Without prior written permission from the Licensor, you may not:

- Use PriceAI, a modified version of PriceAI, or a derivative work of
  PriceAI for Commercial Use.
- Operate PriceAI, a modified version of PriceAI, or a derivative work
  of PriceAI as a Public Hosted Service.
- Operate a Competitive Service based on PriceAI.
- Add advertising, affiliate links, sponsored placements, paid traffic
  routing, paid listings, paid data access, paid membership, or other
  monetization to a deployment based on PriceAI.
- Resell, rent, sublicense, or offer PriceAI as part of a commercial
  product or service.
- Use PriceAI as a substitute data feed, bulk mirror, crawler target,
  or dataset backend for another product without permission.
- Remove or hide copyright, license, attribution, or official project
  notices from PriceAI.
- Present any fork, mirror, hosted copy, derivative service, or
  modified version as the Official Service.

4. Brand, Data, and Content

This license applies to the software code in this repository. It does
not grant any rights to use the PriceAI name, Price AI name, logo,
icon, domain name, visual identity, screenshots, production data,
collected source/channel lists, raw or normalized offer data, pricing
snapshots, price history, stock status, crawl logs, manually reviewed
classification data, user submissions, feedback, moderation notes,
guides, editorial content, or marketing copy except as explicitly
allowed in the repository's DATA_LICENSE.md and TRADEMARKS.md files.

5. Contributions

By submitting a contribution to the official PriceAI repository, you
represent that you have the right to submit it and you grant the
Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to
use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display,
operate, and sublicense your contribution as part of PriceAI, including
as part of the Official Service and any future official or commercial
licensing of PriceAI.

Contributions published in this repository remain available to users
under this license unless a different written agreement applies.

6. Third-Party Materials

Third-party dependencies and materials included in or referenced by
PriceAI remain governed by their own licenses. This license does not
change their terms.

7. Commercial Permission

For commercial deployment, hosted services, competitive use, closed
source use, brand use, data cooperation, sponsorship, certified
listing, affiliate cooperation, or other commercial arrangements, ask
for written permission first through Telegram:

8. Termination

If you violate this license, your rights under this license terminate
automatically. The Licensor may reinstate rights in writing after the
violation is cured.

9. No Warranty

PriceAI is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability,
accuracy, or reliability. You are responsible for your own use of
PriceAI and any deployment, modification, or decision based on it.

10. Historical Versions

Versions of PriceAI that were published before this license was adopted
may remain governed by the license file that accompanied those exact
versions. This license applies to this repository from the commit that
introduced it onward, unless a later license file says otherwise.
