HAT／IMU 原创设计资料许可范围 / Original HAT/IMU Design Scope

1. 适用范围

   本文件仅适用于本目录中由本项目作者拥有并有权单独授权的原创 HAT／IMU
   电路设计、PCB 布局，以及作者原创的配套制作说明、图示和设计资料。
   这些部分采用本项目现有《个人非商业使用许可》：

   ../microduck-hd1910/LICENSES/Personal-NonCommercial.txt

   本文件明确硬件资料的适用范围，不修改上述许可正文。

2. 个人复刻与商业使用

   自然人可依上述条款，为个人非商业学习、研究和复刻目的使用、修改及
   免费分享本范围内的设计资料。分享时须保留许可、作者署名、第三方声明
   和修改说明。

   使用本范围内设计资料进行商业复制、生产、销售、产品集成，或提供
   收费服务、随收费产品分发，以及公司或其他组织用途，须事先取得相关
   权利人的书面许可。维护者只能许可其依法拥有并有权单独许可的权利。

   购买作者成品板用于个人安装、复刻与日常使用，无需另行申请授权。
   本设计资料许可不改变合法购买者依法享有的成品使用权。

3. 排除与既有权利

   本文件不将 hardware/ 的全部内容统一改为个人非商业许可。官方参考
   设计、第三方原理图或元件库、驱动与固件、官方模型、社区改件及
   3d-print-frankenduck/ 等三维文件，仍按其具体来源和原许可分别处理。
   原创 HAT／IMU 设计中如包含已有明确许可的第三方部分，该部分仍遵循
   原许可；不能仅因组合、修改或同目录分发而取消既有授权。

   文件内版权头、第三方说明和原许可优先适用于相应第三方内容。本文件
   不缩减或撤销此前已有效授予的许可，不授予第三方商标或官方背书，
   也不创造超出作者依法享有权利范围的排他权。

This scope applies only to the author's separately licensable original HAT/IMU
circuit designs, PCB layouts, and original supporting design and build material.
Those parts use the existing Personal Non-Commercial License at:
../microduck-hd1910/LICENSES/Personal-NonCommercial.txt

Natural persons may use, modify and share the covered material without charge
for personal non-commercial learning, research and replication, subject to that
license's notice and attribution requirements. Commercial reproduction,
manufacturing, sale, product integration, paid services, distribution with paid
products, and organizational use require prior written permission from the
relevant rights holders. Personal installation and use of a purchased assembled
board require no additional authorization; this design-material license does
not change a lawful purchaser's statutory rights to use the product.

This is not a blanket license for hardware/, its third-party components, or
3d-print-frankenduck/. Upstream and other third-party designs, libraries,
firmware, models and community modifications retain their original licenses.
No previously validly granted rights are restricted or revoked. The author can
grant only rights they legally hold and are entitled to license separately;
this notice creates no exclusive rights beyond that legal scope.
