MuninnDB - Business Source License 1.1

This repository is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1).

MuninnDB is source-available and free for most uses, with commercial
restrictions on offering it as a service. The code will become fully
open source (Apache 2.0) on February 26, 2030. Provisional patent
pending on core cognitive primitives (filed Feb 26, 2026).

Licensed Work:        MuninnDB (the cognitive database and all associated source code)
Additional Use Grant: Production use of the Licensed Work is permitted only if
                      one of the following applies:

                      (a) You are an individual, hobbyist, researcher, or
                          open-source project; or
                      (b) Your organization has fewer than 50 employees and
                          less than $5,000,000 USD in annual gross revenue; or
                      (c) Your use is strictly internal and not offered as a
                          product or service to third parties in any form.

                      Any offering of the Licensed Work (or any derivative) as
                      a hosted service, SaaS, DBaaS, managed memory platform,
                      API service, commercial product, or any paid or unpaid
                      service to third parties requires a separate commercial
                      license from the Licensor (MJ Bonanno / Scrypster).

Terms

The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, create derivative
works, redistribute, and make non-production use of the Licensed Work. The
Licensor may make an Additional Use Grant, above, permitting limited

available distribution of a specific version of the Licensed Work under this

the terms of the Change License, and the rights granted in the paragraph
